What You'll Be Doing Manage the day-to-day relationship with our offshore provider, driving workload, performance, KPIs and service outcomes across multiple lines of businessPartner with Samsung Field Teams, Retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, complex customer matters and operational issuesIdentify process gaps, risks and customer pain points, turning insights into practical recommendations that improve service and operational performanceOversee claims, approvals, reporting, cost reconciliation and invoicing while proactively managing priorities, risks and opportunities.
What You'll Bring Experience in a high-volume customer service or operations environment, with a genuine focus on delivering great outcomesConfident building relationships, influencing partners and navigating complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholdersComfortable working with KPIs, data,
