About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support across phone and email.You'll build relationships, solve problems and help customers find the right solutions, all while developing valuable experience within the health insurance industry.

Ideally, you'll bring: Previous customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance, superannuation or similar experience.
