You'll work with warm, allocated leads, meaning there is no cold calling or cold business development.About the RoleAs a Family Service Advisor, you will:Follow up allocated leads, book appointments and build relationships with familiesConduct personalised tours and present burial, cremation and memorial optionsGuide families through products, services, pricing and agreementsConfidently close sales and work towards monthly targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and complete administration, invoicing and site researchSupport funeral, burial and cremation services when requiredBuild connections within the local community and represent the organisation professionallyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is personable, empathetic and naturally relationship-focused,



with the confidence to have commercial conversations.You may come from a background in:Sales or account managementReal estate or propertyInsurance or phone-based salesFuneral servicesRetail or hospitalityCommunity services or educationYou will also bring:Strong communication and customer service skillsConfidence presenting and selling products or servicesThe ability to work towards and achieve sales targetsExcellent attention to detail and organisationComfort working with grief, loss and sensitive family circumstancesA current unrestricted driver's licenceFuneral industry experience is advantageous, but personality, empathy and relationship-building ability are key.What's on Offer?
