Branch Member ConsultantMAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established and purpose-driven organisation to recruit a Branch Member Consultant for their Adelaide-based branch.This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building genuine relationships, working towards KPIs and helping people make informed decisions about their insurance and healthcare needs.You'll join a small, supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers and make a genuine difference to their experience, in Modbury.Opportunity Permanent part-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm, in Modbury branch (North East Adelaide)You'll receive comprehensive training to set you up for success:1 week of full-time induction training, with travel and accommodation arrangedFollowed by 3 weeks of full time training in the branchSome flexibility can be considered during the branch training period for the right candidateOnce fully trained, you'll work a rotating Saturday roster, approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month, 10:00am - 2:00pm, with additional pay for these shiftsThis is a role where the organisation is looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a long-term career.What You'll Be DoingProvide exceptional face-to-face and telephone service to customersHave needs-based conversations to understand customers' circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance productsWork towards individual and team KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomesResolve customer enquiries and problems, going above and beyond to deliver a positive experienceBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers and the local communityMaintain accurate customer information in line with organisational policies and proceduresLearn and confidently navigate internal systems and processesContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who combines solid customer service skills with a genuine sales mindset.You'll ideally bring:Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally working towards KPIs or targetsConfidence building rapport and holding meaningful conversations with customersAn empathetic and customer-focused approachStrong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to individual needsConfidence learning and navigating new systemsA collaborative, adaptable and positive approachA genuine interest in building a long-term careerExperience in private health insurance or financial services would be highly regarded, however candidates from retail sales or other customer-focused environments are also encouraged to apply.What's In It For You?
