We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Chatswood team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.In this role, you'll play a key part in driving store performance, coaching and developing a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets - all while making sure our customers leave the store feeling inspired.What You'll Be Doing Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs while fostering team growth Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand Support operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising and store presentation Inspire and support your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership Maintain a clean, organised and visually striking store environment Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store Step up and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence Build a positive team culture that reflects 2XU's values and high-performance mindset What You'll Bring Previous retail management or 2IC experience (essential) A genuine passion for health,
