About the role The Technical Specialist - MX role is responsible for providing comprehensive troubleshooting support for Samsung mobile devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables.
You will conduct in-depth analysis of app functionality, software-related issues, and wireless connectivity to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities Address a wide variety of customer inquiries related to Samsung Mobile products and services, delivering effective and tailored solutionsAnalyze error reports submitted by customers and provide timely resolutionsIdentify the root causes of customer issues and offer clear, actionable guidance to resolve themProvide comprehensive troubleshooting steps for software-related problems to assist customers effectivelyWork with internal and external teams to create tailored solutions for customer concernsTrack and analyze emerging software trends, sharing insights with relevant teamsSupport internal teams by offering in-depth technical expertiseMonitor repair quality, analyze data, and generate weekly/monthly quality reports.




Skills & experience Proven experience in troubleshooting mobile devices and software-related issuesStrong capability in data analysis and reportingDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teamsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExceptional verbal and written communication skills.
