Warehouse & Trade Sales Representative Our client is a long-established Australian manufacturer and supplier, servicing customers across the concrete, precast and construction industries.
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Trade Sales Representative to join their NSW operation.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, spending a couple of days each week in the warehouse and factory environment, and a couple of days on the road developing relationships, supporting customers and identifying current business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable operating a forklift, managing stock and dispatch, as they are meeting customers, conducting site visits and growing sales.
Or is perfect for someone who is eager to come off the tools and learn a new skillset in technical sales and relationship development.
This business is all about upskilling, mentorship, and development, so you'll be provided with all the support you'll need to step into this new role.
The Role Warehouse & OperationsReceive, store and handle raw materials safely and efficientlyBatch, blend and prepare products for customer deliveryOperate forklifts and warehouse equipmentManage inventory and maintain accurate stock recordsCoordinate deliveries and dispatch schedulesMaintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environmentComplete operational reporting and record keepingAssist with product deliveries and customer support when requiredTrade Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify and secure new business opportunities across the concrete,



precast and construction sectorsConduct site visits, product demonstrations and toolbox talksSupport customers with product application advice and troubleshootingManage customer enquiries and provide exceptional serviceWork closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutionsRepresent the business at industry meetings and eventsContribute to the ongoing growth of the NSW business.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, industrial products, construction materials or a related environmentA current forklift licence and driver's licenceStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong communication skillsConfidence engaging with customersA proactive and self-motivated approachThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong organisational and record-keeping skillsGood computer literacy and attention to detailA practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved wherever neededExperience within the concrete, construction materials, chemical manufacturing or broader industrial sectors will be highly regarded but is not essential.
