About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join a high performing customer service teams.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating collection requests, managing logistics, updating the internal CRM and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play a key role in maintaining turnaround times, supporting operational requirements, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities Manage and action return and collection requests, ensuring timely turnaround and availability of equipmentProactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding returns and collection schedulesCoordinate returns and urgent requests with internal stakeholders to meet business deadlinesBuild strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service throughout the return processLiaise with transport providers and drivers to arrange timely collectionsMonitor return timeframes and escalate any potential delays or issues as requiredMaintain accurate records and provide updates to relevant teams.
Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, coordination,



or administration roleStrong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience coordinating logistics, inventory, or return processes will be highly regardedProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
