We deliver turf construction, sports field drainage, renovation and maintenance projects, and we're known for doing the job properly.We're growing, and we need an experienced Projects Supervisor to run delegated projects from first sod to final handover.The roleReporting to our Construction Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of projects on site.
You'll lead crews, subcontractors and suppliers, and you'll make sure every job is safe, on time, on budget and built to a high standard.Day to day, you'll:Set project priorities with the Construction Manager and Project ManagersSupervise site teams, trades, apprentices, subcontractors and suppliersRead and apply plans, specifications and project requirementsTrack progress against schedules and keep delivery on targetHelp manage subcontracts, purchase orders, materials procurement and project spendCoordinate site logistics, plant,



equipment and resourcesHandle variations and commercial matters as they come upKeep QA/QC tight and make sure work follows GHG systems and standardsBuild robust relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliersSupport projects through pre-construction, construction and closeoutAbout youYou're a hands-on leader who knows landscape or turf construction inside out and can keep a site moving when conditions change.
