Our Early Learning Centres provide Christian preschool and kindergarten education for children aged three to five years within long day care hours. Through play based learning, intentional teaching and early literacy experiences, we create engaging environments where children are valued, supported and encouraged to reach their potential.
About this role
As an ELC Room Leader, you will lead the planning and delivery of engaging, age appropriate learning experiences that support children's development, wellbeing and early learning. You will guide and support educators within your room, foster positive relationships with families and help maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
You will contribute to curriculum planning, observations and documentation of children's learning, daily routines and continuous improvement practices. You will also support the implementation of relevant policies and procedures,



maintain appropriate health and safety practices, and work collaboratively with the Centre Director and wider team to ensure quality education and care.
The successful applicant will be a caring and capable early childhood professional with strong communication and leadership skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to helping children flourish. You will value relationships, encourage teamwork and model the Christian values that underpin the work of NT Christian Schools.
