About the role
Working 4 days per week (45 weeks per year), you will provide high‐quality administrative, compliance, finance and customer service support to the ELC.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Lutheran Schools SA Enterprise Agreement – LSO Grade 3, paid pro‐rata for 0.69 FTE.
Your work will focus on data accuracy, maintaining records and registers, supporting communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the Centre.
Key responsibilities
Data entry and updates in Xplor
Maintain medical records and compliance registers
Monitor medications; file incidents
Front‐desk and phone/email support
Manage communications (SMS, Seesaw, lists)
Attendance rolls and weekly documentation
Support fee updates, billing and reconciliation
Maintain student files and general admin tasks

About you
You bring a warm, professional approach and a robust eye for detail. You also have:
Strong admin, organisational and time‐management skills
High accuracy in data entry and record‐keeping
Warm, professional communication and customer service skills




Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems (QikKids desirable)

Required certifications
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid certification
RRHAN‐EC
National child safety training
Valuing Secure Communities (or willingness to complete)
