We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced
Senior
Payroll Officer
to join the team on an initial 4-month contract, with the chance to transition into a permanent role.
This position will suit a hands-on payroll professional who can quickly integrate into the team and confidently manage payroll across both Australian and New Zealand employee populations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll for New Zealand plus dealing with some AUS Payroll
Maintaining employee payroll records and processing payroll changes
Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
Processing starters, leavers, leave,



and payroll adjustments
Supporting payroll compliance and reporting requirements
Collaborating with HR and Finance stakeholders
About You
Proven end-to-end payroll experience across both
Australia and
New Zealand
is essential
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong payroll systems and Excel skills
Available to commence immediately or at short notice
