We are representing a leading organisation in the entertainment sector, currently seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of People & Culture
to lead the function and shape the future of its people strategy.
This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment.
You'll be partnering with an executive team and leading HR across both production and corporate functions, with a strong focus on engagement, culture, change, and operational HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the end-to-end People & Culture strategy across the organisation
Act as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team, influencing business direction through a people-first lens
Lead employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and sensitivity
Embed initiatives focused on organisational culture, talent development, and leadership capability
Provide strategic workforce planning and support during times of change and transformation




Coach and guide leaders at all levels across people practices
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal frameworks
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as a Head of People & Culture or equivalent
Strong ER/IR experience with the ability to manage complexity within casual and freelance-heavy workforces
Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building credibility and trust at all levels
Proven ability to lead both strategy and operations with a hands-on, adaptable approach
Experience within the media, entertainment, or creative sectors is highly desirable
