As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
Conduct property tours and showings with potential buyers or tenants
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients to meet their specific needs
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets




Collaborate with team members to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or related field
Proven track record of success in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
Passion for the commercial real estate industry and a desire to succeed
