The role:
Your primary focus will be delivering Positive Behaviour Support services to clients funded under the NDIS, many with mental health diagnoses and complex behaviours.
You'll undertake assessments, develop tailored support plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' well-being.
Collaborating with families, carers, and clinicians,



you will provide training, support, and data-driven reviews to ensure strategies are effective and goals are met.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in relevant health or social science fields or equivalent experience
At least Core Level as a BSP
Knowledge of evidence-based behaviour management techniques
Experience working with clients with complex behavioural needs
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
