People & Culture Officer

You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, learning and development, and HR administration.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience in Human Resources or People & Culture
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
A proactive and customer-focused approach
