About the Role
We're looking for a Paint Sales Specialist to join a well-established retail store in Melville.
You'll deliver exceptional service, provide specialist advice to both retail and trade customers, and help drive store sales.

Full-time 38-hour week including regular weekend hours
Base salary $65k + super
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert product, technical, and colour advice to retail and trade customers
Drive sales across the trade desk and retail floor
Assist with custom tinting, mixing, and color matching
Manage inventory, shelf stocking, merchandising, and store presentation
Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming setting
Build lasting relationships with painters, builders, and DIY clients
About You
Background in painting, trade, or paint retail (ideal for painters looking for a new direction)
Confident communicator with a sales-minded, customer-first approach
Strong problem-solving skills and technical product knowledge
Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on retail environment
Tech-savvy with basic POS or stock control experience
Current driver's licence required
