We have delivered industry-leading foundations and ground improvement solutions to the building, construction, and mining industries in Australia for over 60 years.About the roleWe are looking for a Maintenance Systems Lead to take national ownership of Keller's maintenance systems, driving the optimization, development and continuous improvement of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), planning processes and asset information systems.Reporting to the National Plant Manager, you will work across our workshop, operations, project, asset management, procurement, HSE and finance teams, as well as with OEMs, suppliers and service providers.
You will be the key subject matter expert for maintenance systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and preventative maintenance outcomes across the business.Key responsibilitiesOwn and lead the ongoing optimization and development of Keller's CMMS platform nationallyLead and maintain asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, work order templates, task libraries and master dataLead CMMS implementation projects, upgrades, testing and user acceptance activitiesDevelop automated workflows, reporting tools, dashboards and digital maintenance processesIntegrate telematics, GPS,



operational systems and asset management databasesLead the design and maintenance of reporting systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy and governanceDrive effective adoption of the CMMS across the business, providing guidance, training and technical expertise to usersIdentify opportunities to automate maintenance planning and reporting through software solutions, scripting and system integrationsDrive continuous improvement in preventative maintenance compliance, reporting accuracy and maintenance processesAbout youYou will bring a combination of maintenance and asset management knowledge, solid systems capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
You will ideally have:Experience managing, administering and optimising CMMS environmentsStrong database management and data analytics capabilityAdvanced Excel skills, including automation toolsExperience with SQL, Python, PowerShell or API integrationsStrong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management and maintenance processesA strong understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance principlesExperience developing reports, dashboards and automated business processesStrong attention to data quality,



accuracy and governanceStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automationThe ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational stakeholders and drive improvements across the businessA relevant degree or qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline will be highly regardedWhy work with us?
