MND experience is required for these positions.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients inLocation: Moorabbin and HighettShifts: Weekdays Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm AvailbilityStart: Immediate start preferredExperience:



Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients with MNDMust be confident working with clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern.Training: Must have experience in NIV Management, PEG Feeding, Manual Handling and Medication AssistanceMust be available for minimum 4 days of the weekResponsibilities:Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)Cooking and cleaningCommunity access and engagementManual handlingMedication assistanceIdeal Candidate:Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionateStrong understanding of person-centred careConfident working with complex support needsExperience with manual handling (Hoists, slide sheets)Make a DifferenceWhether you're an experienced disability support worker with MND experience, or you're looking to bring your existing care experience to a recent client environment, we'd love to hear from you.
