We're partnering with a globally recognised leader in the premium bedding and sleep solutions industry and are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join their showroom team based within Myer Southland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Previous bedding or mattress industry experience will be highly regarded.
What's on Offer?
$***** per hour + uncapped commission
Weekend penalty rates applicable
Minimum 24+ hours per week
Regular roster across Thursday to Monday
Typical hours of 11:00am - 4:00pm (with flexibility based on trading demand)
Ongoing part-time opportunity

About the Role
This isn't your typical retail sales position.
As the face of a premium sleep solutions brand, you'll help customers make an important investment in their health and wellbeing.
Working within Myer Southland, you'll take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending the right bedding and mattress solutions.
You'll create memorable customer experiences, demonstrate premium products, and guide customers through the purchasing journey while contributing to store sales performance.
Key Responsibilities




Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product recommendations
Build strong relationships and identify customer needs through effective questioning
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain key benefits
Work towards individual and store sales targets
Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
Follow up customer enquiries and support the sales process from start to finish
Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times
About You
Previous retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
Bedding, mattress, furniture, or sleep solutions experience highly regarded
A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
Available to work a regular Thursday to Monday roster
Open and committed to working weekends
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
