This is structured appointment setting and customer coordination for premium solar and battery solutions, backed by a marketing engine that keeps warm leads coming in consistently.You will be the first voice many customers hear when they reach out to ESC.
That first impression matters, and we need someone who understands that and takes it seriously.
If you enjoy organisation, clear systems, quality conversations, and being genuinely rewarded for doing things properly, this role is worth your attention.Your HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pmStable and predictable hours with no late nightsBased at our Gold Coast showroomWhat You Will Be DoingResponding to inbound calls and online enquiries promptly and professionallyGreeting and assisting walk-in customers at our showroomManaging and qualifying incoming leadsBooking and confirming appointments for our Solar and Battery SpecialistsSupporting basic admin tasks related to appointments and customer recordsMaintaining clean and accurate CRM data at all timesFollowing up professionally to ensure appointment attendance rates stay highThis role is a mix of appointment setting and admin support.
