Make a difference where it matters most.We're seeking compassionate and reliable casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our care team at Woorayl Lodge in Leongatha, South Gippsland.As a PCA at Woorayl Lodge, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents to maintain their dignity, independence, choices and individual routines.
Working as part of our clinical and care team, and under the direction of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, you'll assist residents with their daily care needs while helping to create a safe, respectful and home-like environment.Your role will include assisting residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration and other activities of daily living, as well as observing and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing and completing required care documentation.Casual shifts may be available across morning, afternoon and night duty, depending on operational and resident care needs.What we're looking forCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtainA genuine commitment to supporting older people with dignity, respect and compassionA strong person-centred approach to careGood communication,
