With a growing project pipeline, they are now seeking to strengthen their project delivery team.About the RoleThis is a predominantly site based Project Manager role.
You will initially be based in Perth, working from the Osborne Park office to assist with project planning, pricing and pre delivery activities while upcoming projects are being mobilised.
Once projects commence, the role will transition to site, where you will take full responsibility for project delivery.You will manage multiple projects concurrently, typically two to three at any given time, with project values ranging from $250k to $10m.
Site rosters will vary depending on project requirements,



typically operating on a 10 and 4 or 2 and 1 rotation.This opportunity will suit either an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Project Engineer looking to step into a Project Manager position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead two to three projects concurrently from planning through to deliveryOversee project programming, cost control, forecasting and reportingSupport pricing, tender reviews and project planning during the initial Perth based phaseCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standardsMaintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleSkills & Experience RequiredExperience delivering civil construction projects valued between $250k and $10mDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyBackground as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer within civil constructionStrong commercial, planning and organisational skillsAbility to work in a predominantly site based role once projects commenceStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilityInitially Perth based in Osborne Park before moving to siteStrong site team supportLong term career opportunity with a stable contractor
