This is more than a collections role, with the opportunity to work closely with customers, families and internal stakeholders while contributing to process, system and procedure improvements.At Rocky Bay, the work we do matters.
Every day, our teams support people with disability to live the lives they choose by building skills, confidence, independence and community connections.About the roleManage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, including invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.Communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts and resolve account disputes.Monitor accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up overdue invoices.Maintain accurate records and updates within the debtor management system.Build strong relationships with customers, families and internal stakeholders.Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support discussions to resolve outstanding issues.Contribute to the implementation and improvement of processes, tools and procedures.About youPrevious experience in Accounts Receivable,
