UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Service Leader for Project SEARCH to oversee operations across Ipswich and Toowoomba.
You will drive delivery of the employment preparation program, ensure compliance with licensing and NDIS requirements, and support sites through growth and innovation.You will lead frontline teams, develop an Annual Program Delivery Plan, engage employers, recruit and onboard staff, monitor budgets, and review participant plans to maximise outcomes for participants.
