They're open to paying well for the right person.We're working with an established Adelaide design and construction business delivering commercial workplace projects from concept through to completion.This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll be involved across the full design journey, rather than being tucked away in one part of the process.
You'll work closely with the wider team, contribute ideas, have client exposure and see your work progress from concept through to construction.You'll be involved in:Test fits and space planningWorkplace strategy and design conceptsMood boards,



presentations and design narrativesDesign development and FF&EConsultant; coordinationDocumentation and design deliveryClient and stakeholder presentationsSupporting projects through to completionThey're looking for someone with 3–6 years' commercial interior design experience who is confident creatively, technically capable and ready to take more ownership.You'll ideally bring:A relevant Interior Design qualificationStrong Revit and/or AutoCAD skillsCommercial workplace experienceSolid concept and documentation capabilityGood knowledge of materials, finishes and FF&EConfidence; working with clients and consultantsA proactive, commercially minded approachThe ambition to keep learning and progressIf you're looking for a role where you can genuinely get involved, keep developing and be well rewarded for what you bring, I'd be keen to chat.
