As a Trainee & Research Associate , you'll work closely with senior Buyer's Agents, assisting with market research, property sourcing, due diligence, and client reports.
The role offers a clear growth pathway to becoming a fully licensed Buyer's Agent within 12 months .
Key Responsibilities:Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sourcesAssist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goalsPrepare research reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisonsSupport the acquisition process, including liaising with agents and property managersMaintain and update internal property databasesLearn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation,
