You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting ISO compliance, and ensuring products meet strict engineering and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standardsAssist with ISO accreditation processes, including documentation and audit coordinationEnsure ongoing compliance with customer and regulatory requirementsCoordinate incoming, in-process, and final product inspectionsManage calibration schedules for micrometers, calipers, and gaugesSupport Lean manufacturing and 5S initiativesAssist with vendor assurance and supplier performance monitoringManage non-conforming products and support corrective actionsMaintain controlled documentation and quality reportingAs capability grows, this role will transition into a QA Manager position, including leadership responsibilities, training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.About YouExperience in manufacturing, ideally precision engineeringFamiliarity with CNC machines, mills, and lathesKnowledge of ISO **** and quality systemsExperience with measuring equipment and calibrationExposure to supplier quality or vendor assuranceUnderstanding of Lean and 5SExperience with non-conformance managementQualification in Engineering, Manufacturing,
