upgrades and infrastructure projectsPlan and execute shutdown strategies and maintenance schedulesProvide leadership and direction to site electrical teamsEnsure compliance with WA mining legislation and site standardsCarry out duties as a Statutory Supervisor / Electrical NomineeWork closely with production and technical teams to deliver operational outcomesSupport new projects and expansion activities across siteABOUT YOUElectrical Trade Certificate or Engineering qualificationMinimum 5 years' experience in underground miningProven leadership experience supervising electrical teamsStrong understanding of underground power systems and maintenanceAbility to build relationships and influence across teamsStrong planning, problem-solving and communication skillsBENEFITSPermanent full-time role with immediate start.Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $5k.Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.EMPLOYER QUESTIONSYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
