Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Controls & Monitoring (BCM) in Sydney.
The role blends risk and change leadership with a focus on Financial Crime, Non-Financial Risk and major change initiatives.
Hybrid work is available with two days in office.You will partner with senior stakeholders across Risk, Change and delivery teams, guiding risk discussions, identifying dependencies, and shaping risk-informed decisions throughout the change lifecycle.
