You will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant TMR standards, technical specifications, Council policy and construction management systems.What you'll own:Key Responsibilities include;Work closely with the Senior Civil Works Coordinator to ensure delivery of TMR projects within cost and time parametersResponsible for the management and implementation of Projects Quality, Safety and Environmental Management systems with respect to inspections, checklists,



documentation and record keepingProject planning and programmingPrepare project cost estimations and budgets and prepare, monitor and report on cash flowsAssist in the development of the works program, review and update on a regular basis to reflect progress against the base line programsReview and update budgets and cash flows on a regular basis to accurately reflect works programAbout youDegree qualification in Civil Engineering or Project ManagementDemonstrated experience in road construction works; TMR project experience highly regardedExperience working in regional and remote locationsStrong working knowledge of TMR specifications, Construction Management systems and compliance reportingProven planning and programming skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsStrong commercial acumen — cost management and financial reportingAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD or GIS software desirableUnrestricted Drivers' LicenceWorkplace Health and Safety Construction Industry Certification (Blue Card or White Card)Every application means a lot to us, and we do read each one.
