In this customer-facing role, you will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to deliver innovative healthcare solutions, support the adoption of J&J; products, and improve patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDriving growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities across key healthcare accountsBuilding trusted partnerships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to drive product adoption and long-term customer loyaltyDelivering clinical education, training, and on-site support that improves healthcare outcomes and promotes the safe, effective use of J&J; productsDeveloping and executing strategic account plans, leveraging customer insights to influence decision‐making and accelerating uptake of new products and solutionsCollaborating across sales, marketing, and commercial teams to provide exceptional customer experiences, deliver value-added solutions,
