This is an excellent opportunity for a capable underground mining professional to step into a leadership role, guiding a high-performing team while ensuring critical underground services are delivered safely and efficiently.As a key member of the underground leadership team, you will provide day-to-day direction to Service Crew personnel and play an active role in supporting production, maintaining mine infrastructure and fostering a strong safety culture.About The RoleReporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading Service Crew activities while working alongside your team underground.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading and mentoring Service Crew Operators to achieve daily production and development objectivesCoordinating underground service installations including ventilation, air,
