We have been supplying the building industry for over 30 years.
We manufacture, supply and install doors at job locations throughout Queensland, as well as interstate and overseas.We are currently seeking an experiencedProject Manager or cadet in training to co-ordinate thesupply and installation ofdoors and frames.Projects will include shopping centres, residential developments, schools, aged care facilities, commercial buildings.Key duties for this role:Order door frames and associatedmaterials required for projectPrepare job sheet fordoor manufacture and co-ordinate lead times with Factory ManagerOrganise deliveryto site and installation of doors with our InstallCo-ordinatorEnsure job stays on track within client's timeframesCommunicate with client to keep them up to date regarding the status of jobPrepare job file for invoicing or part claims including variations in a timely mannerEnsure all documentation is maintained in job files and computer programsAbility to read construction drawings and interpret into take offsProvide accurate estimation of tenders and quotesThe successful applicant will possess the following:Relevant experience in a similar position or experience in the construction industry will be an advantageHigh level of organisational and time management skills as you will have several projects to co-ordinate at the same timeVery high attention to detail and accuracyProfessional written and verbal communicationExperience using Simpro will be an advantageSalary offered will be based on strength of skills and experience.
