About the Role
We are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst (GTM) to work directly with the General Manager on strategic initiatives across revenue, go-to-market (GTM), and commercial performance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, GTM execution, and commercial decision-making.
You will analyse business performance, identify growth opportunities, and help optimise how we acquire, convert, and retain customers.
You will be expected to take full ownership of your work, think independently, and consistently go beyond what is required—bringing forward ideas, improvements, and solutions that drive better commercial outcomes.
High performers will gain increasing ownership and accelerated exposure to GTM and commercial leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Partner with the General Manager on GTM and commercial growth initiativesAnalyse market, customer, and sales data to identify revenue opportunitiesSupport GTM strategy across products, segments, and channelsDevelop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve growth performance
Revenue & Commercial Execution
Own CRM governance, pipeline quality, forecasting,



and reportingImprove GTM execution through better funnel visibility and conversion trackingBuild dashboards and insights to support commercial decision-makingEnsure accurate and reliable GTM and sales data across systems
Process & Growth Improvement
Design and improve end-to-end GTM workflows from lead generation to onboardingIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvementsStandardise GTM processes to support growth at scale
Strategic Projects
Support cross-functional GTM, sales, and product initiativesConduct market research and competitor analysisLead ad-hoc commercial and GTM problem-solving projects for senior leadershipProactively identify opportunities to improve performance and execution
What We're Looking For
2–3 years in management consulting, strategy, finance, or high-growth startup environments (or exceptional fresh graduates with robust commercial mindset and relevant internship or project experience).
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with an interest in commercial and GTM performanceHighly proactive mindset with a consistent drive to go beyond expectationsStrong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused approachExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus
