and influence positive changes in healthcare professional behaviour and recommendation practicesTerritory Management & Business GrowthDevelop and execute territory business plans aligned with national objectivesIdentify growth opportunities and prioritise customers based on business potentialMonitor performance against territory goals and implement actions to drive commercial outcomesMaintain accurate customer records, activity reporting, and sample managementCustomer & Patient FocusDevelop a strong understanding of patient, carer, and healthcare skilled needs and journeysSupport healthcare professionals in facilitating patient access to products and support programsPromote optimal patient pathways and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business growthAct as a trusted partner to customers by providing solutions that improve patient outcomesCollaboration, Clinical Excellence & Market KnowledgeWork collaboratively with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Service, and Commercial Excellence teamsSupport educational meetings, speaker programs, and other customer engagement initiativesMaintain a strong understanding of dementia, disease-related malnutrition, the healthcare landscape, and competitor activityConfidently communicate scientific and clinical evidence while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with compliance requirementsAbout YouABOUT YOUYou are a relationship-focused and results-driven professional with a strong track record of territory management, customer engagement, and commercial success.
You are passionate about building trusted partnerships and making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.Ideally, you will have:A degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, Allied Health,
