Due to growth, this firm is looking for a personal injury lawyer with at least 2 years pae up to Senior Associate.
This is a hands on role with autonomy as well as partner support.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end file management of statutory workers compensation claims and Work Injury Damages (WID) matters.
Formulating early case strategies and providing clear,



compassionate, and practical advice to injured clients.
Drafting complex legal documents, statements, and submissions.
Gathering medical evidence, instructing experts, and liaising with insurers and stakeholders.
Representing clients at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) and resolving matters via mediation or hearing.
Mentoring and collaborating with paralegals and support staff within the division.
About You
Around 2 years pae to Senior Associate in personal injury law with experience in workers compensation law
Demonstrated experience handling files independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
An empathetic communication style
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the drive to secure the best possible outcomes.
