Directorate & Team : Powerhouse Castle Hill Min - Max Salary : $87,****** - $95,****** Total Remuneration Package(Package includes base salary, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading) : $0 Job Type : Employee Work Type : Temporary - Shift (Fixed Term) Working Hours : 21 Clerk Grade 3/4 $87,199 - $95,482 (pro rate) + superannuation and leave loading Fixed Term Part- time (up to 12 months) As a Senior Host, you will support the Visitor Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations and bring a warm and welcoming experience to life for every visitor, supporting Hosts engage with guests in a warm and attentive way.
You will supervise a team of visitor hosts, modelling excellence in service delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The role collaborates with other museum teams and contributes to an inclusive and accessible environment.
There are two part time positions up t 21 hours requiring weekend availability.
You will work across a 21-day rotating roster, which includes two weekends followed by a rotation of weekday shifts.
