The role Reporting to the Director, Workplace Operations (APAC), you will lead the day-to-day management of Stryker's workplaces across the region.
You'll be the key point of contact for regional leaders, ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, fit-for-purpose and aligned to business growth.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining facilities management, stakeholder partnership, vendor governance, and strategic planning, with a transparent focus on employee experience,



operational excellence and scalability.
