WeBuild is hiring HR and IR Advisors for the Snowy 2.0 project, based in Cooma.
The role is hands-on, supporting leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across HR and industrial relations matters in a remote alpine setting.
You will provide advice across Awards, EAs and legislation, support investigations, manage union engagement, coordinate subcontractor compliance, and deliver training to strengthen culture and workforce initiatives.
