Based in the Western suburbs of MelbourneSeeking a self-motivated Sales Assistant to join the teamFulltime hours, normal business hoursOpportunity to progress into a Sales career pathwayDuties include, but not limited to:Manage order to delivery for both sales and purchase ordersProcess sales orders, issue confirmation to customersForecast and generate purchase ordersPrepare order and shipping documents, circulate as necessaryFreight management, including request quotations, process bookings and delivery trackingAssist with enquiries, phone calls and emails, parcel delivery/pickup and maintain updated customer and supplier detailsPreparation of samples and documentation to customers (national and international)Monitor customer orders to meet expected delivery schedules, liaising with the production team for order fulfilment.Generate monthly sales reportsOrder and keep organised sample stock and ingredientsAssist with maintenance of R&D; records, Office 365 and company filesSkills/experience:Minimum 1-2 years experience in Customer Service,
