Job Brief
General Administration & Operational Support:
Action and manage incoming emails, Salesforce cases, and daily operational requests.Release and update jobs based on customer or driver instructions.Maintain accurate job records,



including disposal journals and council‐site receipts.Support daily branch operations as required.Process credits and raise branch-level purchase orders.Complete daily billingAnswer incoming calls and manage general enquiries.Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries.Provide clear and qualified customer support.Redirect sales queries to the appropriate sales representatives.
