We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and experienced Conference Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality conferences for our not-for-profit association clients.
Working across a diverse portfolio of conferences and events, you'll be involved across the full conference, from initial planning and supplier liaison through to marketing, delegate management and onsite delivery.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:A minimum of 3 years' relevant conference management experience, preferably within a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) or association environmentExperience using EventsAir or similar conference management softwareExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively within a small teamA proactive,
