Corner Morack and East Roads, Vermont South, VIC, ****, AUSTRALIAService Attendant – Full Time | Morack Public GolfJoin a unique hospitality, golf and entertainment venueSwing Factory is an Australian-owned business delivering great experiences through hospitality, golf and entertainment.Our Morack venue in Vermont South combines a public golf course, modern driving range, mini golf, café, bar, events and entertainment in a vibrant community workplace.We're looking for a Full-Time Service Attendant who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a busy, varied and energetic venue.This is a hands-on, all-areas role where you'll work across Golf Reception, Driving Range, Mini Golf, Café and Bar, helping guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive.The RoleAs a Service Attendant, you'll be part of our multi-skilled venue team and play an important role in delivering great guest experiences across the venue.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Welcoming guests and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.Processing Driving Range and Mini Golf bookings.Briefing guests on our facilities, activities and technology.Taking and processing Food & Beverage orders through our POS system.Delivering food and beverages to guests throughout the venue.Maintaining clean, tidy and well-presented customer and service areas.Re-stocking and maintaining service areas.Answering guest questions and helping them make the most of their visit.Promoting venue offerings, activities and promotions.Working across different areas of the venue depending on operational needs.Helping create a fun,
