Stated duties are leading commercial management across the project, covering contracts, procurement and risk management; driving project forecasting, cost control, cashflow and financial performance; overseeing subcontract procurement,



negotiations and contract administration; identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities through the project lifecycle; and advising project leadership and delivery teams.
The employer asks for proven experience on large scale civil construction or infrastructure projects and a background in contract management, commercial strategy, procurement, cost control and forecasting, and says experience of alliance or design and construct delivery will be highly regarded.
