Known for our gentle care with nervous patients and transparent explanations of treatment, we provide general, restorative and implant dentistry, along with Invisalign, to patients across Perth's inner northern suburbs.We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join us in a part-time chairside role, starting as soon as possible.
This role suits someone who works quickly and confidently, enjoys surgical work, and thrives in a busy surgery.
Previous dental assisting experience is essential.Job DescriptionDays and hoursMonday: 7:45am to 5:45pmTuesday: 7:45am to 5:45pmWednesday: 7:45am to 5:15pmFriday: 7:45am to 4:45pmYour responsibilities will include:Assist our skilled clinician during a variety of dental procedures.Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments according to established infection control protocols.Ensure all sterilization and disinfection processes comply with industry regulations and standards.Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.Provide personalised patient care and support.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.QualificationsTo succeed in the role, you will bring:Previous experience as a Dental AssistantCertificate III in Dental Assisting or higher (highly regarded)The ability to work at a fast pace and remain organisedKnowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocolsA calm, reassuring manner with nervous patientsClear and professional communication with patients and the teamAdditional InformationWhy join Maven Dental Yokine?
