Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth across Townsville and North Queensland.
Representing an established national industrial business, you will manage key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and deliver technical solutions across industrial, mining and maintenance environments.
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role offering genuine autonomy, an established customer portfolio and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing industrial and mining customer accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory
Build relationships with maintenance,



engineering and operational decision-makers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable industrial solutions
Develop territory plans to achieve sales and margin targets
Maintain a strong field presence across Townsville and regional North Queensland
Candidate Profile
2+ years' experience in industrial, mining or technical B2B sales
Proven ability to grow accounts and generate new business
Strong mechanical aptitude or knowledge of industrial equipment and technical products
Commercially driven, relationship-focused and comfortable managing a territory autonomously
