About the role
We are looking for Disability Support Workers in our supported independent living arrangements in Mango Hill to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the communityProviding positive behaviour support to our clientsCompleting appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collectionContribute to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clientsWork with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provisionMaintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conductAbove all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team
