Job Title: Process Senior Consultant - Secondment
Job Summary
The Process Senior Consultant will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify and optimise business processes, using data and insights to deliver better customer outcomes and commercial results.
As a Process Senior Consultant, you believe that there's always a better way to improve or automate the way we do business.
You continually look for process improvement opportunities and apply your knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and analysis on complex processes and procedures to recommend innovative solutions that drive commercial and customer success.
Your ability to make data driven decision and prioritise key improvement actions are critical to your success in this role.
You will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities and design solutions that deliver better outcomes for customers, employees and the business.
This is a 12-month fixed term employment opportunity!
What you'll do
Partner with stakeholders to define problems, clarify objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead workshops, interviews and discovery activities to uncover customer and employee pain points.
Analyse data and processes to identify root causes, risks and opportunities.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Human Centred Design approaches to complex business challenges.




Design practical future-state processes that improve customer experience, productivity and operational performance.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitise or automate processes.
Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders.
Build trusted consulting relationships and constructively challenge existing ways of working.
Support implementation, measure outcomes and coach others in continuous improvement practices.
You'll bring
Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, management consulting, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to define challenges, analyse data, and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling insights.
Experience mapping, redesigning, and optimising end-to-end business processes.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and meaningful change.
Nice to Have




Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Demonstrated success applying continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience with Human-Centred Design, process automation, BPMN, or process modelling tools.
Experience working in a large, complex organisation or consulting setting.
Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or operational excellence programs.
