Access Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to work on-site across Residential Aged Care Homes on the Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland, 3 days a week with no nights or weekends.
You will coordinate care with GPs and Specialists, perform comprehensive assessments, and use digital tools to connect residents with healthcare.
This role emphasises autonomy and clinical judgement in a technology-driven workplace.
